From Morogoro to Your Table

Cradled by the ancient Uluguru Mountains in eastern Tanzania, the expansive lowland plains of Morogoro offer mineral-rich crystalline soil and intense equatorial sun. Here, sunflowers and wild botanicals develop exceptional density and rich oleic profiles.

The Crystalline Terroir of Morogoro

Morogoro is renowned for its agricultural micro-climate. Reliable seasonal rainfall paired with alluvial mountain runoff creates nutrient-dense soil where sunflower crops thrive naturally.

Unlike monoculture industrial farms, our sunflowers are cultivated by local smallholder growers in Tanzania who prioritize mechanical harvesting and natural sun-drying under the equatorial heat.

Single-Origin Wild Botanicals

Our botanical infusions are not flavoured with artificial extracts or essential oil additives. Instead, we harvest whole, single-origin herbs directly from Tanzanian fields:

Wild Rosemary

Shade-dried rosemary sprigs releasing pine and earthy warmth.

Crafted Thyme

Hand-harvested thyme leaves delivering subtle herbal woodiness.

Bird's Eye Chili

Red bird's eye chili pods infused for fiery equatorial warmth.

From Harvest to Canadian Tables

After harvesting in Morogoro, the seeds are mechanically cold-pressed without chemical solvents. The unrefined golden oil is infused with the dried botanicals in small batches to capture full aroma and character. The finished bottles are imported directly, registered in Canada, and delivered to food enthusiasts across the country.
